● First-of-its-kind IVF Support Services at Home with an aim to reduce missed appointments, injection schedules and follow-ups, bringing eligible aspects of fertility care closer to patients
Chennai, 2nd September, 2026: Pioneering a new era in Fertility Care, Prashanth Fertility, one of the leading fertility care providers in the city, today launched ‘Prashanth Fertility at Home’, a first-of-its-kind initiative designed to provide eligible IVF support services to patients at the comfort of their homes. As many couples especially working couples face disruptions caused by missed appointments or treatment schedules in their IVF journey, which leads to multiple repeat in treatment cycles, Prashanth Fertility at Home will help reduce and make the fertility journey more convenient and accessible, while keeping patients under the supervision of their treating fertility specialists.
As part of this initiative, Prashanth Fertility also introduced its dedicated Prashanth Fertility at Home team and a vehicle that will travel across Chennai, enabling couples to receive services such as injection support, eligible monitoring, follow-ups and treatment coordination without having to visit the fertility centre for every stage of their treatment.
The hospital has also introduced a dedicated digital interface through the Prashanth Fertility app, enabling patients to conveniently schedule and manage their at-home fertility care services. Through the app, patients can book eligible services based on their treatment requirements, after which the dedicated Prashanth Fertility at Home team will visit them at their preferred location across Chennai. The initiative brings together technology and personalised care, enabling patients to access services such as injection support, eligible monitoring, follow-ups and treatment coordination at home, while remaining connected to their treating fertility specialists. Together, the app and the dedicated at-home care team are designed to make the IVF journey more seamless, accessible and convenient for couples.
